Delivery & Returns
Orders are delivered by XXLPakket, UPS or GLS. Any shipping costs can be found during checkout or use the reference at the bottom of this page. You will receive a Track&Trace from the carriers to track the delivery. Is the displayed time not correct? A new appointment can then be made with the carrier. If no other appointment is made and no one is present at delivery, costs may be charged.
If the item is not to your liking, it can be returned free of charge within 30 days. This can easily be done via your account or by contacting customer service. For this purpose, the item must be in new condition (again). If this is not the case, costs may be charged. A pick-up appointment will be scheduled for large items. Small items can be handed in via a Post Point.
After receipt, the return will be processed within 5 working days. The amount will be refunded via the chosen payment method.

Your legal rights regarding withdrawal:
- The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and register the return under the trial period.
- The consumer then has 14 days to return the product.
- After registering the return, the full amount will be refunded within 14 days if the conditions of withdrawal are met.
